FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • A deposit of 20% of the price of the rental is requires upon reservation. The balance owed is payable thirty (30) days prior to the first day of rental.
  • When a reservation is made less than thirty (30) days before the first day of rental, full payment is required.
  • All payments are to be made by cheque or bank transfer (Interac).
  • If a notice of cancellation is received within at least thirty (30) days prior to the first day of rental, the owner will retain the 20% deposit as compensation for damages and the postdated cheque, if any, for the balance of the rental price will be returned.
  • In the event of a notice of cancellation received within less than thirty (30) days prior to the first day of rental, all payments received by the owner will be retained as compensation for damages.
  • The house has a combination lock.
  • The owner or its representative will contact you by email a few days prior to the start of your stay to provide you with the access code.
  • For any problem, please communicate with the owners or the contact persons named in the contract.
  • The arrival time is set at 5 pm and the departure time is set at 11 am.
